Returns & Exchanges

We offer complimentary returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition with all tags and security ribbons attached. Please note that Base Layer products and collaboration items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your online account or visit our guest returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the product in its original packaging and include the printed return form. Ensure all original tags and the blue security ribbon remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery markings are completely covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off location or schedule a complimentary home pickup through the carrier's website using your tracking number.
